Recruitment of prospective Board members is conducted as needed to fill upcoming vacancies on the Board. The Board of Governors provides the College with its vision, direction and financial management. They meet established goals and oversee educational programming, while providing the overall governance necessary to help the College thrive. Members are advocates for Loyalist.
To assist governors and anyone interested in serving on the Board with their key responsibilities as a governor, the Governors Resource Manual outlines the responsibilities for college boards of governors within Section 3.1.
