To request an official transcript, please log into Banner at loyalistbanner.com. Click ‘Enter Secure Area’. Your Banner ID is your student number, and your PIN, originally, is your date of birth in the format YYMMDD.

Once in Banner click ‘Student Services – ‘Student Records’ – ‘Request Printed/Official Transcript’.
Follow the on-screen directions as you work through the request process.
Official transcripts can be mailed or picked up in person. The College does not send transcripts by email.
There is no charge for official transcripts for students who attended in 1995 or after.
For those students who attended Loyalist College prior to 1995, the following administrative charges apply:

Fees can be paid in person at the Cash Office (Room 2H1) or by credit card by calling 613-969-1913 or 1-888-569-2547 ext.2230.
You can order a replacement diploma through Enrolment Services. Payment of $37.45 must be received before the diploma will be issued.
To make the request by phone and pay with a credit card, please call 613-969-1913 or 1-888-569-2547 ext.2204.
To request your diploma by mail, please send a cheque and a covering letter with the following details:
- Your student number
- Your full name and birth date
- What the payment is for
T2202A income tax receipts can be printed from Banner. To access Banner, select the “Enter Secure Area” link from loyalistbanner.com and follow the steps outlined below. Current post-secondary students can access their T2202A tax receipts through the portal myloyalist.com.
Enter your User ID (student number) and PIN. The first time you access Banner, your PIN is your birth date in the format YYMMDD. For example, if your birthday is October 20, 1985, your PIN would be 851020. Also, the first time you access Banner, you will be prompted to change your PIN and enter a security question and answer.

Select the ‘Student Services’ link.
Select the ‘Accounts Receivable’ link.
Select the ‘Canadian Tax Forms’ link.
Select the ‘T2202A Tax Credit Form’ link.
The following screen will appear.
Select the year. You should use the option to ‘view’ your receipt before you print to ensure the information is accurate.
To print an official receipt, choose ‘Printable Version.’
