Community Employment Services
We are a free program designed to help people find permenant work. To qualify for this program you must be out of work and out of school. Job Connect offers appointments in Belleville, Picton, Napanee and Madoc. We are located at 54 Dundas Street East, Belleville, Ontario. 613-966-0205. Open Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30.
