9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.:

ACADEMIC/PROGRAM SCHOOL ORIENTATION

First year students will report to their 'home base' to meet with their school’s Dean for a School Specific Orientation

Home Bases Assignments

• Bioscience (Wilkinson Theatre)
• Centre for Justice & Business & Management Studies (Cafeteria)
• Media Studies (Gymnasium)
• Health Science & Human Studies (Student Centre )
• Building Sciences/Skills Training/Architecture/RDD (Alumni Hall )

11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

BBQ LUNCH & LIVE MUSIC

Location: Upper Soccer Pitch

Hosted by President Piercy, this event will be a College wide welcome for new students. Food and beverages will be served with live music and lots of fun.

12:45 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

MATURE STUDENT DROP-IN

Location: The Hub

This student drop-in session will provide mature students with the opportunity to connect with their peers.

1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

CONTINUED PROGRAM ORIENTATION

Location: Home Bases

Following the Orientation Luncheon First Year Students will reconvene at their ‘home base’ and then move to *designated locations for Program Specific Orientation with their Program Coordinator and Faculty.
