Club 213

If you're looking for a new experience to add to your list of Fine Dining Restaurants, Club 213 looks forward to the pleasure of having you as a guest.

Club 213 is home to a first class dining room, operated by students in our culinary programs. It plays an integral part in the development of tomorrow's industry professionals.

While the Club is a favourite of the staff and students of the college, it is also open to the public on Wednesdays and Thursdays for both lunch and dinner and Fridays for buffet lunch.

Lunch is served from 11:30 to 2:00pm and Dinner from 6:00 to 8:00pm.

In their first year, students start their Club experience in Second Semester. Basic food preparation, Food and Beverage Service and Teamwork are all essentials in this introductory course.

Second year students open the Club in September and are challenged with a menu that changes every two to three weeks. Developing themes in the dining room, displaying newly acquired skills in the kitchen and impressing our guests with abilities in customer service, provides both opportunities and rewards to the team as they set their sights on graduation.

Whether you are a Student or a Guest the Club delivers a culinary experience that is second to none.
