Belleville, Ontario, November 3, 2016 – One hundred and twenty-seven students representing 25 programs at Loyalist College attended the Rethink the Drink Talkback Tour in the Shark Tank on Wednesday, October 26. This event, planned by the Loyalist Health and Wellness Committee, was part of a national campaign to inform students about the dangers of binge drinking and to initiate conversations on the subject. During the event, students participated in a discussion that allowed them to share their thoughts and stories about drinking culture and come up with suggestions of how to create a lasting impact through harm reduction programs on campus and in the community.
