On September 25, Darrell Smith (left) and Brenda Snider (right) of Volunteer Information Quinte (VIQ) presented a plaque of appreciation to Chuck O’Malley (centre) of the Loyalist Training and Knowledge Centre. The presentation was made in recognition of the supportive partnership with VIQ in the design and delivery of an Executive Leadership Development program for the non-profit sector in the Quinte Region last year.
