For the Employer, Community Employment Services can help you:
- free advertising of job postings on job boards, Web site and the Job Bank (if requested or necessary)
- confidential postings requesting candidates to apply to us
- prescreening to ensure suitable candidates; saving you time in your hiring process
- choose from a pool of up-to-date, motivated workers of all ages scheduled to meet with you at your convenience;
- workshops such as WHMIS, Smart Serve, Fall Prevention, Young Worker Awareness and Customer Service Excellence
- potential training incentives for initial on-the-job training
- monitor employees’ progress with on-the-job support; and
- apprenticeship information and assistance and support to register an Apprentice
