ON TRACK WORKSHOP
Loyalist is pleased to offer a FREE summer workshop designed to help you with your transition to College on August 13th from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Lunch will be provided.
During this workshop, students will examine a variety of different issues relevant to making the transition into post-secondary studies, including:

PARENT-GUARDIAN WORKSHOP
Has you son or daughter been accepted to Loyalist for Fall 2010?
Do you have questions or concerns?
We are pleased to offer a FREE Parent-Guardian Information Session to run concurrently with the On Track Student Workshop on August 13th from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Lunch will be provided.
Parents and guardians will have the opportunity to meet Loyalist staff and other parents to discuss their concerns while learning about all the services Loyalist College has to offer their students.

MATURE STUDENT ORIENTATION and SECOND CAREER INFORMATION SESSION
Join us August 18th for our Mature Student Orientation (9:00 am to 12:00 pm) will help you connect with other students, like yourself, who are returning to their academic pursuits.

Students funded by Second Career and who are interested in staying for the afternoon, we will be having a Second Career Information Session (1:00 pm to 3:00 pm). Staff will be available to answer questions and guide you through the process.

FIRST GENERATION ORIENTATION
Designed to help students to make a smooth transition into College. This workshop will help First Generation Students to develop a plan of action for the upcoming weeks and year. You will have a chance to meet other students and get answers to your questions.

COMPUTER WORKSHOPS
Does the thought of having to use a computer make your pulse race a little faster? Are you worried about being able to cope with using technology while learning new course material? Than this workshop is for you.
We will explore logging into the College network, using Loyalist email, accessing LMS, as well as spending some hands-on time using the common computer programs used at Loyalist.
Sessions will be offered 10:00 am to 3:00 pm - lunch provided:
