Loyalist Grocery Box Program
This program provides a convenient monthly program for students to take advantage of; the Boxes are delivered right to the college. Each grocery box contains a great selection of fresh and non-perishable food items at a reduced cost that fits a student’s budget. Food items vary from month to month. See table below for order form locations.
The 3 options are listed below:
$15 - Option 1: 1 box containing a fresh selection of fruits and vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, lettuce, onions, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, squash, apples, oranges, kiwis, pears, bananas, etc.
$25 - Option 2: 1 box containing some fruits and vegetables (typically potatoes, celery, apples, bananas, carrots, onions, bagels, bread), plus an assortment of non- perishable items such as soups, cereal, pasta, pasta sauce, individual puddings, applesauce, microwave popcorn, rice, juice, etc.
$40 - Option 3: 1 box containing fresh fruits and vegetables plus 1 box of non-perishables of food items such as soups, cereal, rice, pasta, pasta sauce, tuna, macaroni and cheese, juice, individual snacks (pudding, fruit, granola bars), microwave popcorn along with bread items.
How to Order
The Loyalist Grocery Box is available to all Loyalist students. Pre-order the grocery box by filling out the order form and mailing it along with a cheque payable to:

Emergency Food Program
In partnership with Gleaners Tri-County Food Network we are able to provide a one time, 5–day emergency food hamper with non-perishable food items. Students can meet with their Mentor, Counselling Services, Mind and Wellness Nurse or Financial Aid if they are in need. They can also provide more information within the community, if further support is needed. For more information, please contact Bev Denyes at ext. 2152.
