Academic Integrity Module

In September 2019, Loyalist College implemented a mandatory Academic Integrity Module to prepare students for the upcoming academic year. The module provides an overview of academic integrity and the risks associated with academic dishonesty.

How do I complete the Academic Integrity Module?

Visit Canvas via the myLoyalist portal. Once logged in to Canvas, select Courses from the Global Navigation menu and select All Courses. From your list of courses, select the Student Orientation: Getting Started at Loyalist course. From Modules, select the Academic Integrity Module.

This module will take approximately 25 minutes to complete and will be tracked by Loyalist College staff. Once complete, students will be able to print a certificate for their records or take a screenshot/photo. The certificate can only be accessed once the whole module has been completed; if a student tries to go back and print later, they must re-do the whole module to get to the certificate page again. This certificate does not need to be submitted unless requested by the student’s professor.
