My SSP: Mental Wellness Student Support Program
Loyalist Student Government is pleased to offer the innovative My SSP: Mental Wellness Student Support Program which provides 24/7 mental health support to all Loyalist College full-time and part-time day students at the Belleville, Bancroft and Port Hope campuses. Students have access to support from counsellors who speak their language, understand their culture, and the unique challenges they face. The My SSP app provides students with access to a wide variety of articles, videos and other mental health resources as well as direct access to a counsellor by telephone or chat. Support is available anywhere in the world and in multiple languages.

SAY OutLoud is an alternative youth group that offers a warm, inviting and safe place in the community for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, inter-sex, two-spirited, queer, questioning youth and their allies.
Togetherall is a safe and anonymous online peer support service that is accessible anytime, anywhere. They offer free self-help programs, creative outlets and a supportive community to talk to. Whether you’re dealing with everyday stresses or major life events, they’ll help you get through it.

BounceBack: Reclaim your health
BounceBack: Reclaim your health is a free skill-building program designed to help adults and youth ages 15+ manage symptoms of depression and anxiety. This program includes videos, telephone coaching and workbooks.
