Service Desk

Service Desk is available to assist with issues relating to your connectivity, network account, Blackboard, Banner, email and any other technical questions you may need answered. Please note that the Service Desk cannot guarantee services relating to personal computers.

SAL – Student Access Lab (2H4)

Monday to Friday 7:30 am – 10 pm
Saturday and Sunday 10 am – 4 pm

PAL – Pioneer Access Lab (P11)

Monday to Friday 9 am – 12 pm and 2 – 5 pm
Saturday and Sunday Closed

*Access Lab hours are subject to change and typically run on reduced hours during reading weeks, holidays, and over the summer.
