Loyalist Radio, CJLX-FM – 91X is 25 years old this year and we hope YOU will help us celebrate!
You may know that we hold an annual event around this time of the year to acknowledge the station’s community volunteer programmers, some of whom have been with CJLX for more than 20 years. We also recognize outgoing student members of the station’s Board of Directors and those in the College or the community at large who have in some way helped 91X meet its mandate as Quinte’s Alternative Radio Station. As part of this year’s bigger event, we’ll be adding the Graduate Awards to students of the Radio Broadcasting Class of 2017.
So many reasons to celebrate! Please join staff, students, faculty and volunteers along with College and community dignitaries, local broadcasters and supporters of 91X to help us mark this auspicious occasion!
The night includes a catered buffet dinner, cash bar, prizes, silent auction and the awards presentations. Tickets are $40 each, available from the 91X admin office (Room 2N2L). We can accept cash, cheque, Visa or MasterCard.
