On March 24, 2018, Loyalist students and Quinte Conservation will host the Step into Spring fundraiser at Potter’s Creek Conservation Area. The event will support Quinte Conservation’s plans for a new water monitoring and research facility for the Quinte region and the launch of its new community hiking program.
The day will be filled with family-friendly activities including a photo scavenger hunt, a live snake display, nature-based activities and a raffle with prizes donated by several local organizations. Admission fees to the event will be $2 per person with a family rate of $5.
