Paying for College

A college education is a smart investment in your future. At Loyalist, we’ll do everything we can to make sure cost isn’t a barrier to your studies.

Each year we provide over a million dollars in student funding through awards, bursaries, scholarships and employment opportunities through the On-Campus Employment Initiative. There’s money out there to help you reach your goals. The friendly staff in our Financial Aid Office can show you where to find it, help you apply and teach you helpful budgeting skills to make it last through the school year.

New Funding for Fall 2020

As Canada continues to self-isolate, there’s never been a better time to gain new marketable skills and credentials so that when we emerge from this pandemic, you’re ready to launch, advance or change careers.

We understand that finances are of particular concern to many students right now, which is why Loyalist recently announced a $1M fund for student needs-based financial assistance.

Domestic students can also take advantage of new one-time short-term Federal funding, including the CESBCSSG and CERB.

With additional funding to help pay for College, it makes sense to start or continue your post-secondary studies this Fall semester.
