Housing Options

Securing accommodation is the responsibility of Loyalist College in Toronto students. The Toronto campus is easily accessible by public transit. Housing in North York and nearby communities can range from $700 – $1,000 CAD per month, plus personal expenses. Please budget and plan accordingly.

Airport Reception

Toronto Pearson Airport, Canada’s busiest travel hub, is located in Mississauga. Loyalist College in Toronto offers airport reception to students who register in advance.

Orientation

A comprehensive Orientation session for new students is held at the beginning of every semester. During Orientation, students will be provided with important information about accommodations, safety, immigration, Canadian culture and finances. In addition, students will review College-specific topics, such as accessing course resources, connecting with peers and instructors, finding work, accessing workshops and networking events, succeeding as an international student, and more.

Respect Campaign 

In July 2023, Loyalist College in Toronto launched the Respect Campaign. The initiative is designed to inform our college community about how we interact with each other and our campus facilities in a manner that promotes a positive leaning environment for all. It is also designed to introduce our students to the societal norms in Canadian culture further assisting them to integrate successfully into their professional and personal lives in Canada.
