Loyalist hosted its annual Career Fair today. It was a great opportunity for students and employers to meet face-to-face and discuss the jobs available. The goal of the fair was to represent all of the College programs and allow students to talk with the representatives from the organizations and companies who were recruiting employees.
"We’re always looking for good talent and try to hire locally whenever possible. A few years ago we hired a student we met here at the fair and they are still with us today. We came here today recruiting for a Production Technologist position which a third-year Biotechnology graduate from Loyalist would be qualified for. The Career Fair gives us the opportunity to speak with the students in a relaxed atmosphere."
