On Saturday evening the International Support Worker (ISW) students hosted a successful fundraiser at the Belleville Club. The students planned the event as a project for their studies in fund raising for international causes. Guests enjoyed a silent auction, dinner and musical entertainment.
The students have now left for five weeks in Mexico where they will learn to do community development in places where people are living in very difficult surroundings. Those interested in following the students’ work can visit their blog at www.ideals.nu.
