Loyalist College Automotive programs to host 7th annual Show and Shine event on Saturday, September 12

Loyalist College is pleased to invite members of the public to attend its 7th annual Auto Show and Shine event, taking place outside of the Peter F. Huff Automotive Centre at the Sustainable Skills, Technology and Life Sciences Centre.
All vehicles are welcome, from modern and vintage cars to muscle cars, trucks, hot rods and race cars.

What: 7th Annual Auto Show and Shine
           Loyalist College Automotive Programs

Everyone is welcome and admission is free!

When: Saturday, September 12th
              
10 am to 2 pm

Where: Outside of the Peter F. Huff Automotive Centre at the Loyalist College Sustainable Skills, Technology and Life Sciences Centre

Additional: Visitors will have the opportunity to tour the Sustainable Skills, Technology and Life Sciences Centre.
                   Delicious lunch prepared by Loyalist Culinary students will be available for purchase.
                   Loyalist Esthetics and Spa Management students will host Mini Spa pampering services.

“Loyalist Show and Shine continues to grow as participants and guests save the date well in advance, eager to be a part of this automotive experience,” said Ann Drennan, Dean of the School of Applied Sciences, Skills and Technology. “This annual event is a shared passion that brings people together and showcases the quality of our skilled trades, hands-on learning facilities. The work that goes into restoring and maintaining the vehicles that will be on display is tremendous. Their owners take great pride in sharing their stories with guests attending the show.”

Proceeds from the sale of 50/50 tickets will go towards the students’ November trip to SEMA, the internationally renowned Specialty Equipment Market Association conference in Las Vegas, Nevada.
