LOYALIST COLLEGE TO ANNOUNCE HOME SHARE LOYALIST ALTERNATIVE HOUSING INITIATIVE

Belleville, ON, Sept. 29, 2022 –On Saturday, Oct. 1, National Seniors’ Day and the United Nations International Day of Older Person, Loyalist College invites the media and community to the Belleville’s Farmers Market to introduce Home Share Loyalist. Home Share Loyalist is a new housing initiative that facilitates intergenerational living between Loyalist College students in need of affordable accommodations and older adults who can benefit from companionship, social support and rental income.

The Home Share Loyalist team will be on-site to answer questions about the program. Attendees can enter for a chance to win draw prizes and there will be stickers and cupcakes to celebrate the launch of this initiative.
