Loyalist professor bridges the gap from garden to kitchen

EMC News – Professor Drew Ferguson of the Culinary School at Loyalist College took 19 of his second-year students to Richter’s Greenhouse in Foxboro and then to his farm just south of Marisett Road on Highway 37 Friday, September 10, to give the students a hands-on experience in the garden and show them where the products they use in cooking come from.
