The School of Media Studies at Loyalist College hosted its first Media Mash-Up presented by Apple for media students, faculty and staff on October 15th. The event featured music and door prizes donated by Apple, Sony, the Future Shop and Huff Estates. The evening’s special guest was Scott Moore, Executive Director of CBC Television Sports. A Gemini and Emmy award-winning producer, Mr. Moore spoke to the audience about the use of various converging media during the live coverage of the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing.
