Sustainable Skills, Technology and Life Sciences Centre

$16.6 million in Knowledge Infrastructure Program Funding was announced for Loyalist College on May 25th, to build a Sustainable Skills, Technology and Life Sciences Centre on campus. The investment represents equal support from the federal and provincial governments. Leona Dombrowsky, MPP for Prince Edward –Hastings (centre), and Daryl Kramp, MP for Prince Edward-Hastings, visited the College on May 29th to discuss the program with College representatives and members of the media. Northumberland –Quinte West MP Rick Norlock and Northumberland-Quinte West MPP Lou Rinaldi also attended. Loyalist College Maureen Piercy (left) , and Board of Governors Chair Margaret Werkhoven, expressed  thanks on behalf of the College to the elected members for their support in helping the vision for a Skills Centre become a reality.
