The Wellness Loft is a technology-free space for students to relax, create and inspire their senses.
Located in Room 3L10, the Wellness Loft is open Monday through Friday, 9 am – 5 pm. Feel free to stop by and say “hello” to our team, enjoy a snack with a cup of tea, chill in our giant bean bag chairs, and check out all that the space has to offer!
In addition to the drop-in hours, the space is also used for a variety of programming, including mental health seminars, relaxation nights, yoga classes, guided meditation classes and more! Check back regularly for more details and upcoming event dates.
