How do I request a copy of my transcripts?

To request an official transcript, please log in to Banner at loyalistbanner.com. Click ‘Enter Secure Area.’ Your Banner ID is your student number, and your PIN, originally, is your date of birth in the format YYMMDD.

If you need assistance logging in, contact the Service Desk at servicedesk@loyalistcollege.com or by phone 613-969-1913, ext. 2420.

Once in Banner click ‘Student Services – ‘Student Records’ – ‘Request Printed/Official Transcript.’

Follow the on-screen directions as you work through the request process.

Help! I have lost my student number/password.

Can my transcripts be sent by email?

Official transcripts can be mailed or picked up in person. The College does not send transcripts by email.

Is there a fee to get a copy of my transcripts?

There is no charge for official transcripts for students who attended in 1995 or after.

For those students who attended Loyalist College prior to 1995, the following administrative charges apply:

Fee Transcripts prior to 1995
$5.75 first official transcript
$2.30 each additional official transcript
$2.30 each unofficial transcript

Fees can be paid in person at the Cash Office (Room 2H1) or by credit card by calling 613-969-1913 or 1-888-569-2547 ext.2230.

How do I order a replacement credential (certificate or diploma)?

For graduates who require a replacement credential (certificate or diploma), due to loss or damage, the Enrolment Services Office offers a credential replacement service.

The cost of a replacement credential is $37.45. There is an additional surcharge of $25 for mailing the credential internationally.

To request a replacement credential, complete the form linked below. Please note that this form requires a signature and can be submitted by mail, fax or in person.

Steps:

  1. Download, print and complete the Credential Request Form (PDF)
  2. Payment must be received before request will be processed.
  3. Submit the Credential Request Form for processing using one of the methods below:

How can I print my T2202A/T4a income tax receipt?

T2202A income tax receipts can be printed from Banner. To access Banner, select the “Enter Secure Area” link from loyalistbanner.com and follow the steps outlined below. Current post-secondary students can access their T2202A/T4a tax receipts through the portal myloyalist.com.

Enter your User ID (student number) and PIN. The first time you access Banner, your PIN is your birth date in the format YYMMDD. For example, if your birthday is October 20, 1985, your PIN would be 851020. Also, the first time you access Banner, you will be prompted to change your PIN and enter a security question and answer.

The following screen will appear.

Select the year. You should use the option to ‘view’ your receipt before you print to ensure the information is accurate.

To print an official receipt, choose ‘Printable Version.’

What if I have lost my student number?

If you can’t access Banner because you have forgotten your student number or need to reset your password, please contact the Service Desk.
