  Loyalist College is hosting a special orientation event for international students and newcomers to Canada on May 6. This is an opportunity to meet other international students, become familiar with Loyalist and the surrounding community, and prepare yourself for a successful year at College!
   
  At the International Student Spring Orientation, students can expect to:
  • Meet other international students and connect with International Centre staff
  • Get an overview of immigration policies and regulations for study permits
  • Gain familiarity with campus services and supports available to students
  • Learn what to expect within a Canadian classroom and about the importance of academic policies
  • Receive tips for navigating the community and adjusting to life in Canada
