Resto 213 is a first-class dining room staffed by Loyalist College Culinary students. In addition to playing an integral part in the development of tomorrow’s industry professionals, it is also a platform for our students to do what they want to do while reinforcing their day-to-day learning. First-year students are mentored by second-year station leaders as they navigate a professional kitchen, often for the first time.
