Meet Lindsay Fothergill, Esthetics and
Spa Management 2010
Esthetics and Spa Management graduate Lindsay Fothergill has kept busy in the world of cosmetology since graduating from Loyalist College in 2010.
Before she began her studies at Loyalist, Lindsay knew the Esthetics and Spa Management program was right for her. She had gained some experience in cosmetology while working in the cosmetics department at a Shoppers Drug Mart store, but wanted to learn more about physiology, anatomy and skin care.
Since graduating, Lindsay has come full circle and returned to Loyalist to work as a Lab Technician. "I had such a positive experience with the program, so I'm glad I can be a part of it now and see it progress," she said.
As part of her role at the College, Lindsay teaches a unique dual-credit program at both Trenton High and Centre Hastings Secondary Schools. It brings the college experience to high school students, giving them the opportunity to earn high school and college credits simultaneously. Click on Esthetics to read more. |
